I have a flock of 5 Urbana..the neighbors have been quite about but co-workers poke much fun. Excited to join so I can talk chicken and ask questions

That's what I think. Urban chickens are just starting to catch on. I had a neighbor come over and was inquiring about getting their own. I've had mine since April and I live them. What a neat animal and hobby!

Hello from Aus, you tell your co workers , they'll be no free eggs for them.

That's exactly what I do!!! Any crack at my chickens I say oops you just cost yourself eggs.

what you want to do is get your neighbors involved in chickening - when they all have flocks - no one will be complaining about roosters & such
