Hello!
I’m Nathalie from Belgium and I own 10 hens, 1 rooster, 3 pullets and a cockerel. We have several varieties an ordinary barred rock, then we discovered the araucana and we bought 3 of them, we also got 2 black copper marans from France, à Spanish white faced and a barnevelder. Last year we bought chicks and we got a faverolle rooster and hen and a brahma hen. We hatched our younger birds in an incubator and those are crested cream legbars (16weeks old).
I ordered fertile bcm eggs and they should be arriving soon!
We moved 2 years ago and im so happy we finally had space to expand our flock of 4 to the one we have now.
I learned a lot here at backyardchickens and it’s nice to know there is a whole community that can help if we have some questions or troubles.
Beside our flock we have a dog and 3 sheep.
My main activities are my 3 kids, our animals, gardening and restoring our home...
