For those wondering the name is a joke between my wife and I. We moved to this property from a small apartment building in the middle of the city here so she joked that we now have a proper "estate" and I joked that we had our own "ranch", coupled with living near a lake known for its ducks we decided to call our slice of land the "Duck Estate Dream Ranch"
