(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They’re endlessly entertaining. They eat up bugs. They provide us with eggs who’s quality I can attest to.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
We are foodies/day trippers. I also volunteer for a breed specific dog rescue.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Husband, 2 elderly Basenjis, and Claude the betta make up the family.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Long time lurker, first time poster. I’ve wanted chickens for years and finally decided to go for it. I knew I needed to sight up here straightaway once the gals were settled.
