Hello from Tennessee! I just got my first chickens in the Spring. My husband probably thinks I am a bit crazy also, but my kids are too young yet to have an opinion. Right now they just enjoy helping. Congratulations on the new flock and coop. I enjoyed seeing the photos!

Yes and had a good time building it and still adding to it. just bought the cedar, the rest was scrap i got from work from and pallets

This looks too small for 13 chickens.
What are the deminsions?

It's cute but as @Texas Kiki pointed out, it looks too small for the number of birds you have.

Cedar is not recommended for poultry.

Aromatic cedar is toxic to chickens. Cedar boards for construction are fine.
