What a surprise

If you keep him - a rooster can handle 10 hens. With just one he will overbreed her severely, unless you add many more hens, or rehome HIM

I know. I want to keep him so bad. I picked that one out for myself when they were 1 week old. So far just light crowing when he wants attention. Like you said though I will have to get more hens.
