Welcome to BYC Kat. How do your dogs react to the chickens ?

They are getting used to them but we haven't let them be loose together yet. At first a few of the dogs would charge the pen they were in but now they completely ignore them. We've done some rewarding of the dogs for ignoring and for releasing from looking at the chickens so that has helped a lot. I'm waiting till the birds are more full size before I try them out together. I know one of mine will be fine as he has met chickens at a friend's house and doesn't pay them any mind. Just will have to wait and see on the others.
