Hello from France! I'm new here!

Hello.
Thank you for your welcome!

Pictures of my brahma roosters?
Ok!

The light Brahma is Apache. Apache le Colosse.
The dark Brahma is Rocky. Rocky le Titan.
They are so much fun to play with... and so smart! They could replace my dog, ah, ha!

...I will think to take NEWS pictures in the coming days...!

Nice to meet you!
Your roosters are absolutely gorgeous.

Hi.
Thank you!

I live in Auvergne.

Beautiful landscapes... moutains, forests, dormant volcanoes... and the animals...! ...Owls singing in the nights...
...Just below my house, we have foxes, wolves, deer, wild boars, wild cats, rabbits and hares, etc...
And above, proud in the sky, we have so much birds of prey we are happy to live alongside so much crows : crows protect our animals, just thanks to the fact they don't like the big birds...! (Sometimes, we also see gulls. We have no sea in Auvergne, but we have lakes!)

Sadly, never in my life have I seen a raccoon... but I will certainly in the future : according to what people say, raccoons are expanding in France. And just next my department!!

(With all these animals, I am NOT worried for my birds : all of my coops and pens are Omlet, and my chickens and ducks are locked up at night...
Foxes never managed to catch one of my bird... and they try! Mostly in winters!)

...France is beautiful - where there is still forests anyway -, but climate in Auvergne is NOT.
The weather is so humid we are cold almost all year round, so much so people who came to settle in my department ended up leaving - digusted by the climate!
But it's good, because we don't want new residents : a good number of city folk are haughty and MEAN, and COME to the countryside to decide how countryfolk should live. Some even go so far as to sue people because of noises (roosters, ducks, TRACTORS, etc...) or smells (cows, pigs, etc...), so... we don't like them; and we don't WANT them.
...The cold is good for us! Ah, ah!

...But some of you are lucky enough to live in America or in Canada, right?
I would so looooooove to live there... with your landscapes, and your wild animals...!!

...Nice to meet you!
