Good luck with your business, I'm sure it'll be very unique! There aren't many places like that where I'm from, although it might just be the city.
Chickens eat most all leafy veg, we have to keep them out of our garden or they will wreak havoc. o.o Lettuce is always good, I think...
Oh and incidentally, I'm in Germany now on exchange. Awesome country.
