I'm a newbie! We just got our first chicks yesterday; 4 Plymouth Rocks. We're all so excited! This is my first experience with raising chickens.
I'm a work-at-home mom of 2 (girl 10, boy 5) and wife to a very tolerant husband! The rest of our family includes a 4-year-old dachshund, a sweet old cat, and a Roborovski hamster. I had lots of pets as a child but DH did not, so it's been a slow process bringing animals in!
