My kids got introduced to some chickens at one of our friends farm, and they really wanted to get some. I used to work on the farm as a kid, and appreciate fresh eggs so with little bit of convincing the wife agreed to give this a try. We went to a local farm swap last sunday, and the kids fell in love with few of the chickens we saw there. So here we are, chicken coop in the backyard, trying to learn and teach the kids about chickens. This website has been very helpful, looking forward to spending learning from y'all.
