New to this forum and also to chicken keeping. We have 6 buff Orpington chicks, one being a bantam. Any advice or tips are great! Would love to know what drinkers you use, mine I'm constantly refilling because they splash it everywhere and get their wood chips in the water also... It's not a huge deal, just a little of a head ache thank you and I'm excited to learn some new things!

Welcome to BYC and to the chicken obsession -- you have chosen a lovely breed to start out with.
One easy thing to do to reduce the splashing/filling with bedding issue is to raise the waterer up off the brooder floor -- I like to use pavers as they enable me to continue to add height to things as the birds grow -- keeping the lip of the water tray at chest height is very helpful in keeping feet and shavings out of the water.
