Hi guys
Thanks for taking me under your wing.
This is my first go at caring for chickens. My flock is small but enjoyable. I have three Plymouth Barred Rock pullets. They arrived home on the last day of last year aged 13 weeks. And now they are into their 20th week. Just waiting now for that first egg. They are a still a little skidish. They will eat out of your hand but thats as close as they will let you get. They follow me around but just no patting yet. But all 3 are good birds. I think they found a good home.

Welcome. Barred rocks are so smart. I really enjoy mine. They may never want to be touched, some tolerate it and some don't like it. In any case, I love them the way they are; and I know you do to.
