Hello from Middle TN. We have had chickens here on our 6 acres for about 6 of the 7 years we've been at this house. We inherited most of the chickens we started out with from in-laws. We currently have 4 feather-legs and 2 Bantams and we ordered 15 Buff Orps in February and only lost one during the Winter. 2 Month old Pullets are doing well. I let them out of their run for the first time today. They seemed to enjoy their freedom! Someone on another Website recommended Backyard Chickens so I checked it out. Really a great site with tons of info. Thanks
