OSB board at Home Depot should run about 7.25 a piece. As long as you aren't putting it outside then it holds up great. 12 ft ceilings are really big! You could create a storage loft up there? As for the bright pink, LOL! ...might want to change that!
 
It's about $11 a sheet right now. Have five panels in the shed from when we redid the roof a few months back. TSC will have chicks Feb. 17 here, just a little heads up if anyone is wondering. One of the ladies there has several dozen of her own including ducks, dogs, etc. If I ever have a question I usually just pop in and say Hi.
