Hi BYC
Just joined last night (after browsing so much info here) to get some advice on the gender of a stray araucana that joined my flock of 4 Orpingtons. Still fairly new to this and have lots to learn, but loving my little flock.
Our place is what I like to call an urban homestead so I'm keenly growing veges to accompany our eggs, which tends to surprise people in the middle of suburbia.
I live with my partner, and some flatmates but the garden maintenance and chook care is mostly my domain (alongside a fulltime job unfortunately!) Hope to one day move to a proper little homestead out in the country.
Look forward to being a part of your community and learning heaps here!
