Be sooo careful if you live in OKC! I have been communicating with a gal who was leading the movement to change ordinances so chickens would be permissable, and now she gets all sorts of odd, random checks from OKCPD. Never fines, just has to give her birds away each time. It's a great irony that an agrarian state such as ours doesn't allow hens but you can own them in Chicago, New York, LA....so much for "small government Oklahoma" LOL!
