Hello from Southern California

Hi everyone! My family and I live in southern California, half way between LA and Santa Barbara - smack in the middle of suburbia. We’re on our third flock of hens, which is about 2 months old now. At least we hope they’re all hens. Someone will be going for a ride if she starts crowing.

We have 1 light brahma and 3 buff orpingtons (Khaleesi and her dragons, RAR!). We also have 2 mini lop bunnies, an aviary full of finches and diamond doves, a sulcata tortoise who likes toes (oh my!), and a couple spoiled birds in the house.
