So glad to find a forum for back yard chicken keepers or as a friend calls us OCD (obsessive chicken disorder) sufferers Does any body know of any effective herbal remedies as we have no reliable vets in our area who treat chickens. We have kept chickens on and off for 16yrs and just lost our black rock after 6 yrs. faithful laying and unrelenting friendliness, so are now considering new companions for our caulder ranger. Any breed suggestions welcome
