Not really that urbanized in the county. Not even in Smithfield or Windsor (the biggest towns in the county). But the urban life is penning the county in on all sides. We still do not have any big stores in the county, mostly small, family run stuff with a couple of chain grocery stores.
 
Oh and I nearly forgot!

I got a call this afternoon from out chicken farm/breeder and my chicks are ready. Her in-laws had some hatch earlier so I got 5 little hens today. They are so cute.

My husband was all for having chickens as long as I didn't make them pets. That may be a problem. They already come and sit on my hand. I'll have to name them as soon as their personalities develop a little more.
