How old is she? Is she old enough to start laying? I am concerned she might be egg bound.

I uploaded a photo she's not old enough to lay. The three who came with her aren't laying either. Just green diarrhea and tail down, head in, slow-moving.

Again, how old is she? How close is she to laying? Okay, I see you answered while I was posting. Try to get her drinking some fluids or electrolytes. I would probably go ahead and treat her for possible coccidiosis with amprollium—Corid, which you can get at most feed stores. Corid is safe, and even though she may have something else wrong, it won’t hurt her. Dosage is 2 tsp of Corid liquid or 1.5 tsp of Corid Powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Can you feel of her crop to see if it is empty and flat, full, hard, puffy, or doughy? It should be empty if she is not eating. Green droppings are usually from not eating enough. Chickens can suffer from organ failure, infections, and many other problems.

The sweet girl died during the night. I don't want to be caught off guard again. It wasn't worms so I need to be prepared should any of the other hens start showing the same signs. Thanks to all who shared their thoughts and suggestions.

Sorry for your loss. If you still have her body, keep it cold, but not frozen, and call your state vet on Monday am to ask about a necropsy. I usually do a necropsy on most chickens who die, just to look over organs in case something is obvious.
