hello im new to all im looking to learn and get advice!

this is one of my incubators and this is eggs that are in my smaller incubator they was only put in one day apart and i am not sure of stage of 2
Those eggs appear to have died, except for the first photo! The photo of your incubator, indicates that the humidity is too high, ie; condensation forming on the top! Do you have an 'independent' hygrometer or are you relying on the incubators sensors? What is the temperature of the incubator? and are using an independent thermometer for temp as well?

I'm not sure the eggs are still alive either.
How many thermometers do you have in the incubator?

You shouldn't have that water on the top of the bator. It's too wet in there.

If you've shown us just your two/three most worrisome ones out of those 40 or so eggs so far, you're doing well.

Humidity is an average, so it should be all right. Just check it and make sure it's around 45-50%.

ok so the ones in the big incubator are not ready for candling this ones i showed are in a smaller incubator and am down to 2 and they are the only 2 eggs still moving and are on lockdown as of today

i have independent ones in my smaller incubator i still have not bought one for my big incubator it is on my to do list but im not sure what the most reliable kind is ive been using 2 different kinds in my smaller incubator and they are all reading different temperatures but its running at 97.0 Fahrenheit and i dont have one in the other one yet it its registered at Celsius and I don't really remember exactly what it says. I'm not at home right now

97.0°F is a little low but they will develop and hatch at that temp, just be a day or 2 late in hatching.
I use antique mercury thermometers, from the 20's and 30's some are from the 40's. I usually find them on eBay but they can be expensive. Lots of people use Govee digital sensor units.
A cheap but fairly accurate hygrometer is, ACCURITE. You can get them a WalMart for around $10. Do a 'salt test' calibration and they are good to go! If you don't know what a salt test calibration is, Google it! I could tell you but I would need a whole page on here to explain it to you!

thank you for that info the thermometer I have in there at the moment which I had an extra in another room so I poked it in there but I want a different type but it's reading at about 99 Fahrenheit in my big incubator. I'm concerned about the temperature in my smaller incubator with the two eggs in it that's on locked down it's actually not as good as the bigger one that I bought which I bought the little one first because I actually just paid shipping and won it here is my small one it kinda sucks
