Chick's grow pretty fast, so it will get crowded for them in the plastic tub's.

Oh no I think you are in for a shock...
You mean a couple of weeks correct?
Build you a large walk-in coop now and you can brood your freshly hatched chicks in it.

Those plastic tubs you're thinking about will work for a couple of days.
Chicks grow extremely fast.
15 chicks in one tub is not going to work you'll need at least two for the first few days and then you will need four by the end of the week.

Plastic tub plus heat lamp equal bad combination for a brooder. And it will be too small for that many chicks.
You will want the chicks outside at 6 weeks. They will be fully feathered and ready.
Only pullets/hens need a nest box. One box per 4-5 girls.
You really need to get cracking on building a coop. Chicks grow super fast. And you will not want to keep more than one cockerel with only 15 birds. Did you order sexed female chicks or straight run?
