Hi I'm Beth. I am picking up my 1st 3 chickens tomorrow. I plan to get a Buff Orpington, a black sex link and an Americauna. I found the site googling info on chickens

My husband and I live in Vancouver, WA (close to Portland OR). We have 3 dogs and I am hoping no issues. My dogs are well trained (training dogs is my hobby) and I have a plan for a secure chicken yard.

I work as a home health therapist and I also train dogs. I have a Border Collie who competes in tracking and sheep herding (and duck herding) trials, a Papillon who tracks and competes in Obedience and Rally and a very old deaf Papillon who will likely be the biggest problem if there is one!
