I have 3 ducks and 1 Drake. One female is a black cayuga and the other three are runners. The runners are almost two, and the black cayuga was given to our fowl family last spring as her flock had been eaten. Also living with us are two cats and a basset hound. The animals take up a fair amount of non-work hours, but I also knit, felt, sew, garden, engage in general "fixing" of things around the micro-farm.

Hi and welcome to BYC - thanks for joining us. I guess the duck forum would be a good place to check out - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks.

You'll find lots of info in the Learning Centre - https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center and if you have a specific topic in mind, just type it in the search box - there's a wealth of information on past and present threads.

You may wish to consider joining your state thread as it will put you in touch with other BYC members in your area - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/26/where-am-i-where-are-you

All the best

so glad you have joined us.

I also love sewing, knitting and gardening. Have only ever felted a couple of knitted purses, but it is amazing what can be done with needle felting.

In case you haven't explored, there area also forums here for those crafts.
