I really like your set up! Everybody looks so happy and has plenty of room! I would wait on letting them out yet incase they decide they forget how to get back into the barn area.

I would wait a while longer until they are a bit bigger. I don't let mine free range everyday only on the weekends. Maybe someone on here that has only free range could give you more of a timeline for when they would be ready. It would be hard to round up 27 chicks who didn't want rounded up! Good Luck
