I'm a bird, gardening and bushcraft enthusiast from nepal. I own 3 chickens, 1 rooster and 2 hens, of a local mixed variety. I also have 2 spice finch birds, or spotted munias, and what feels like a 100 plants, including crops like rice, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, peas, peppers, tomatoes etc, and housplants like jades, wandering judes, succulents, philedendrons, dahlias, crotons etc. I love the outdoors, so I've joined this community to help me with my newest, strongest interest: chickens. An uncle got them for me at about 5 weeks old, and they are growing up fine little pullets. Nepali local chickens are vigorous, friendly, cheeky and hopefully productive! Does anyone else like birds?

I have two B&G macaw parrots, a pair of parakeets, 2 buff orpington ducks, and anywhere from 30-60 silkie chickens, depending on the day of the week. Yup, I like birds too.
