I started with one coop which led to more. Some of my coops are my avatar. I love tools. I don't shut my pop doors on the coops but I have a lot of security including electric wires around my coops and pens and the predators know it. I'm sure some have been zapped. I have a quite powerful fence charger and whatever touches the wires will know it. I also covered my pens to protect from aerial predators and put concrete under all of the gates.
