Sexing Polish can be tough. In my experience it is easiest when then are only a day or 2 old. Do you have pictures of them when they just hatched. Specifically of the head poofs. Round, even, head poofs usually means hens. Oblong and angled head poofs mean boys.
The same holds true as they grow but not everyone's head poof grows at the same rate.
How old are the youngsters in these pictures?
I have 2, 10 week olds right now that both appear to be pullets but you can see the difference if how their poofs are coming in.
Nimue's is nice and smooth.
Niamh's is crazy. Much less organized.

I also had a drizzled Polish at one point named Betty. She was a real sweetheart. You have some great chickens there.
