Hi BYC!
I've been a lurker for months and finally decided to join because I picked up a special box of nine little fluff balls!!!. This is my first flock and I'm nearvous and excited at the same time. The little stinkers love scaring their new momma by playing dead(sleeping). I have two Black Australorps,two Buff Orpingtons,two Light Brahmas,one Speckled Sussex,one Silkie (don't know what color) and one Easter Egger. I can't wait to see how they all turn out! If you want to follow along as they grow I will soon be posting a thread (Hope's Flock) where I will keep ya posted Thanks for reading!

I remember the first time I saw one of my chicks sprawled flat passed out in the brooder and thought the same thing, "Ugh! She's dead!"
