In the Brooder
Hi all,
Brand new chicken mama here. I have three 2- week old chicks (dark brahma, blue cuckoo maran and a cream legbar) that I am hoping are all girls. I find myself reading on this site often so I finally decided to sign up. I know theres a lot of knowledgeable folks in this group. Im looking forward to reading your stories and getting some kind support as I begin this new journey. Ill be raising these girls in my backyard (california suburbs) so I will need to be on my toes with care (don't want mad neighbors).

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
Glad you joined.
