Welcome to BYC! I'm also in Georgia! Is the minimum land requirement a local rule for you? I'm not sure we have that rule out here in the country. lol

My county requires 2 acres and we are sadly under that. Quite a few people in my area have had them. But I have a neighbor who takes delight in spying on her neighbors and calling the city about every violation. I do not want to tempt fate with her as she already has called animal control on me for cats that are not mine.
