I first got my chickens about 5 years ago, but I've been around them all my life.
Right now I have about 35 chickens.
I have Bearded Silkie Bantams, the Calico Princess breed, Asian Blacks, and a bunch of mixed breeds.
My favorite aspects of raising chickens are having little fluff balls running around the yard XD
I also enjoy horse riding.
I found BYC by looking for information on how to show my silkies in the fair.
