Well, it surely is a great pleasure to meeting you all and making us feeling welcome. Thank you!
Vanalpaca, I don't know what 'combs' are- do they use them for their 'hair'?
Ok, they are 6-7" tall when their necks are in 'periscope' position. One is charcoal gray with a red 'perhaps rooster' doohickey on it, the other light brown. They can't be any cuter with the sounds they make and how they get 'spooked' but always curious about their new world.
Tonight we're leaving for Tampa and taking them with us so they can be nice and warm indoors (garage) and tomorrow night we'll be bringing them back to Orlando. We live here but commute back/forth for family every other weekend. They'll be probably a bit stressed out from the confusion, but we'll calm them down while traveling by paying extra attention to them.
We'll be asking more and more questions in the next few days and again, thank you all for the welcomes.
