I'm just getting into chickens and have lived on our ranch for 23 years. I blame an article in a recent Sunset Magazine for this new adventure. My husband built "our girls" a small coop after I came home with 3 day old chicks about 7 weeks ago. They have been lots of fun and we love watching them grow. I have SO many questions, so I needed to get my introduction done.
