There are only two options - get rid of the roosters or keep them separated from the hen. The third more viable option is to get rid of one rooster and get more hens.
 
You can order online, check craigslist and check here under the buy, sell, trade threads and even check the free thread. You can Google to see if there is a hatchery or farm near you.
Good luck. I just found out that 2 of my chicks are boys, and am trying to find them a home. That will leave me with 7 pullets(i hope).
