Give him a bit more time. You could make a safety hole, to make sure he has oxygen, but I don't like those that much because the build up of gas is what makes them externally pip because they need air. The safety hole lets it all out, so the duckling can sit in there and breathe for however long he wants. When I used to do it, a lot of times mine would die after I made the hole because they had no need for air. So just give him a bit more time. Tap on the shell a lot and encourage him. Whistle to him, talk to him, you can even play sounds of chicks or ducklings peeping.

Shell look hard ....Since he’s in the heating pad and I only have a water cup in the back there’s anything I should do to make more humid and how?

The shell will be fine. My guineas hatch and they have incredibly tough shells. I dropped a guinea egg on the ground once, and it didn't even crack or dent it. To make it more humid, you can get a washcloth wet with boiling hot water, put the cloth in a dish, and put it under the pad. Mist the eggs very often with warm water too. Thats really all you can do under your circumstances. An incubator or broody hen would be best, but if none are available you'll just have to make do. Keep me posted. I hope he hatches! Playing duckling peeping sounds is really good. Tapping on the air cell mimics the hen, and encourages the duckling to pip. Are any of the other eggs alive?

It will be to late now to get incubator now? I stop misting them 2 days ago since Muskovy duck They said should be mist after start Hatching...So you think it’s safe for me to start missing twice a day?

I’m not sure if the other egg it’s alive or not I don’t see any movement only the dark shadow...

You should start misting when you lockdown, 3 days before hatch. You aren't turning them anymore, right? If you can get an incubator it's not too late. You definitely need to start misting. Just a mist, don't drench them.

I'm not sure what you're asking about the wet towel? Where to put it? It's too early to assist. If you assist now he'll bleed out and die. How many hours has it been since he internally pipped?

I was misting 3 times a day till I stop yesterday...But not turning the egg since I hear the pip...I don’t hear him knocking anymore I just hear occasionally pip...It’s been 28 hours since internal pip ...I’m extremely exhausted and depressed...Should I make a tiny hole where he is for his safety? I also noticed since I put the towel underneath the heating pad temperature when up to 104...God help 😭Seems like he can’t make the hole in the shell

Oh, you're not supposed to mist until lockdown has started usually. It's fine, don't worry about it. Start misting. I guess just put in a tiny hole. It has to be in the air cell. Get a pin and scratch a tiny x on the air cell. Once you get a tiny hole, put it back. Take the washcloth out if it causes the temp to spike. Make sure the hoke is tiny. Air will get through. If it's too big the duckling will dry out.
