HELP – Bloody cord. Chicks picking at it

This is awful.

I'm in day 3 of my first ever lockdown and want to save it, but I jeopardize the unhatched eggs.

What do I do?

Suggestions? I think it's a goner if I they keep pecking.

Take the bloody chick out immediatly. Put Him/her in a brooder with a heat lamp.

Throw a damp wash rag in the incubator after you get him out to up the humidity more.
