Just wondering if any of ya’ll chicken experts could tell me what breed this is? And hen or roo?

TSC. Said colored orpington, just doesn’t look like any I have seen before. Thank you!

TSC gets there chickens from Hoover and Hoover chickens are not purebred

Hoover's has a variety Orpington listed claiming mottled as a possible color. My guess is this is what she is. Hoover's is of course hatchery quality, so may not have every detail of the standard.
