Thank you so much I just gave her a bath with warm water I cleaned most of it off I’m going to try that oilIt looks like your chicken has a prolapsed cloaca. It looks a little dark on the edges which means that it has been exposed to air. It needs to be kept moist with honey or an oil of choice, such as coconut, vaseline, olive oil, or hydrocortisone cream. Try to push the prolapse tissue back inside and hold it there for a few minutes. It may come back out often especially when she poops. Keep her vent clean if possible. Soaking her bottom in a warm soapy bath daily may be helpful, then apply the honey or oil again. Here is a good article about prolapses:
I was able to but she kept pushing it back out and I separated her she’s stil next to them but in her own area for now until she gets betterWere you able to push it back in? Watch closely that the others don’t peck at it, which could be detrimental. I’d be tempted to crate her whennyou can’t supervise. She could still be with the flock, but they would not be able to peck at it.
