Help, 1st time having trouble w incubator temp :(

Done quite a few other hatches in my Brinsea 20 with ZERO issues at all! So I put in half duck eggs and half chicken eggs this time, with no issues for first few days, then on day 4, I notice the temp was at 102, and I haven't been able to get it down too much more since that. I'm sure Ive lost all these guys this time around, but am not understanding WHY this spike.
Do you think the bator is faulty now or could it be something to do with the mix of eggs?

I think everyone has a temp spike at some point

Does the incubator have a fan? If not, the eggs are fine.
