HELP. 2 day old chicke with joint infections

One leg is fine the other joint has an infectin. Out of several hundred chicks I've never seen this before. Hatch fine and then suddenly lame an will not put weight on or bend the one leg. The joint becomes pussy. ???

Can you give the chick some antibiotics, like Tylan? I would try that.
