Why is my peachick preening so much? (he hasn’t lost any feathers and isn’t bleeding but he’s a little red)

also when I looked under his wing just now I saw like a little bump

Ok. Most chicks of all kinds practice preening themselves. At that age my chick would sit for hours at a time just preening themselves!
