Help! 4 eggs hatched 3 un hatched but one is peeping

Have you read through the handy pile of info on assisted hatches yet? Start there, and then reread. Twice. At most, I'd start with a breathing hole. I've only successfully assisted once. To be completely honest, my own first attempts were failures. Didn't trust nature enough, didn't wait long enough, eggs that weren't going to be viable chicks anyway. I don't assist now unless there is something other than a delayed hatch spurring me on. And unfortunately most of the posts on here you see of first time assists are sad outcomes of people who couldn't be patient.

And don't get me wrong, I respect whatever decision you make just be aware that it may not go as planned. Once you've informed yourself of the process, only you can decide if you (or your mom) are really excited and Impatient or there's a risk of the chicks not surviving. That's something most first time hatchers struggle with, not knowing how much variation there can be, and that can lead to some rash choices. (First hand experience speaking. )

The pipped one hasn’t done much me and my mom are thinking about helping it hatch what do y’all think?

Honestly i wouldnt. Up to you, but imo if their gonna die their meant to die. and the chances of that working, is near 0. what day are they at again?
