HELP! 8 week old Easter Egger pullet maybe -- thought was hen, could be rooster?

I wouldn't get rid of "him" till he crows though. My neighbor has Easter Eggers and if she would of listened to everyone that they were roosters she'd be chicken less
This is a 8 week old silkie mix. I was thinking she looks more like a easteregger part of the mix. She is starting to get tan feathers on her tail and wings a lil. But the cone is just barley starting to come in. I won't get rid of this chicken like you say until it crows. No crowing and egg laying is what I'm in hopes of.

Definitally an EE, definitally a roo. 100000%! Classic roo coloring for an EE- they are commonly black and white, the red on the shoulders is also a dead givaway. Also big fat red comb!
From my understanding a roo's cone comes in a darker red. I had a chick that just in 6 weeks the cone and waddles were coming in dark red. The pullets come in light red.

What about this mystery peep 8 weeks?

I ordered this chick with two other as 6 week old pullets where they are sexed again before shipping. I sent these same photos in an email... both the gal on the phone call and the eggspert she forwarded them to say pullet. I guess I wait for the crow. They will refund the price but I still need to rehome it.
~~~ Also, I noticed yesterday it doesn't have feathers on her body over her back under the wings. I see some feather shafts but thought that to be unusual.
