It is day 23 for my eggs to hatch and there is a white one that when I candle I can see a baby that is well sized and moving a little bit but I can still see bigger veins a little bit around it, is it still growing or is it supposed to be hatching? What should I do? Should I poke a hole or just leave it? What if it is not strong enough to hatch?

If you can see it moving then it is still alive. Has it internally pipped yet? You can make a 'security hole' in the air cell just in case it's not able to externally pip. Here is an article detailing how to assist a hatch:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/If you can still see veins though, then I don't think it is ready. Also the egg should look almost completely black upon candling. What was your temperature during incubation? (These are chicken eggs right?)
