Help! Angry Red Bumps Below Vent!

Hello, I have three free range/backyard chickens and I was looking through Bok Bok’s feathers when I saw these angry red bumps below her vent…Any ideas of what it is and what to do? She looks completely normal everywhere else and is acting fine (hasn’t laid an egg though)

Looks like feather follicles, is she molting?

She was molting a bit previously so I’m guessing the follicles are irritated/dirty. I cleaned her off yesterday as well. I looks a little swollen but it’s not hard so I don’t think she’s egg bound
