Help! Any wildlife rehabilitators?!

Thanks! I'll take all the blessing I can get!
You wont believe this but my DD and I found 2 more egrets, dead, in the same area as the one in this thread. They feed in the large, deep ditch that runs along a busy two lane hwy on the edge of our small, rural subdivision. When they fly out of the ditch,. it looks as though they fly right into traffic. Their was one feeding when I passed that spot today,. any idea on keeping them away? I really don't want to make anymore calls to Kasia! ( except to visit)

We still aren't finished renovating but for the most part it's finished. We still need to put up a banister on the stairs and closet doors an a few other things.

Yvette, I really have no idea how to keep them from flying into traffic. It's a shame that people don't care when they hit an animal. Maybe a road sign for people to drive slow, you know how they have the Duck Xing sign? Something similar that applies to egrets. Poor things.

Hey, I'm in BR and work for LDWF. Just out of curiosity, are the other two dead birds car accident victims, ie, signs of visible trauma? Just curious.
