Could we see a picture? That would be very helpful
Ima keep them together so I can treat them allI don't know what can help but try to give them some food like vegetables and keep the sick chickens away from other chickens or else it will spread the watery eyes thing. And try to call a vet. Sorry I had no fix to the problem.
Good luck!

They haven't had breathing problems yet sometimes the little dudes sneezes sounds wateryYes, P
One of the easiest breathing problems to cure is a nasty little worm. If it is showing signs of gapeworm (a nasty parasite that latches onto the back of the throat, scroll down for symptoms), give it and the rest of your flock a worming product that covers gapeworm, ie Flubenol or Aviverm (for large birds).
And also make the watery eye chickens area dusty with sand. Dusty areas will help chickens.
I wouldn't, chicks hate to be alone. Gapeworm is very rare in the US, i would reccomend completley cleaning out their brooder. What are you using for bedding? No keeping them together will make it even worse. I recommend seperating them and keeping each chicken in 1 area.
