Help ASAP please

There is nothing sharp. He was so small my mom told me to keep him in my hamster cage for a few days. I think he may of got it stuck inbetween the bars? Do you have any Idea how I can help him at all? He does eat and drink so it shouldn't possibly be life threatening correct?

Do you have a big cardboard box or a big Rubbermaid tub to put your little duck in as these would be much better then a wire cage ...

Can you see the wire this cage is made of and how small the
holes are for the cage well when baby duck of less then 4 week
of age are put in I tie with string some cardboard to the sides
so they do not hurt themselves .....

Welcome to BYC!

How is your little duckling this morning?? Did you get any ointments to put on his beak? I hope he is ok. X3 on removing him from the hamster cage. Heads and beaks do get stuck between the bars. I big cardboard box will work just fine. I would also post this in the Duck section for help from the Duck experts. Kelsie gave you the link in a previous post. In case you missed it, click here....

As a new duck owner. Congratulations. Just in case you didn't know this already, if you are feeding your duck chick starter ( or anything other than waterfowl starter) you need to give it niacin.
